I strive to put the voice of the customer at the heart of all copy and any content I help create. What is it they need? Why are they here? What’s their main problem? Let’s address them with specificity, clarity and empathy.

Whether writing web copy detailing your product or a solution brief that outlines the key benefits of a particular offering, I believe the customer should be at the centre. It’s important to understand what pain they’re experiencing, what it is they need to solve their problem, and why your product or brand is the solution to their problem.

I’ve also worked directly on many customer stories, both for in-house content like videos, blogs and testimonials and for external use, such as press bylines or guest blogs. You’ll find some examples of both here.

Terraform partnership how-to blog

“Anna is an absolutely rare breed of copywriter and content marketer. She works so well and smoothly across teams, whether it's Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, etc. Anna can break down a technical concept and make it easy for a broad variety of readers to gain value from the content, whether it's a blog, eBook, whitepaper, etc.

I had the chance to partner closely with Anna on a content atomization project where we looked to create multiple pieces of content from a single original customer-generated asset. Though at the start, there was no playbook to work from on how to tackle this project, Anna charged forward with a methodical plan that yielded amazing results that made all of the stakeholders thrilled with the final output.

Anna is simply fun to work with, and she makes every project achievable. Overall, I had a great time collaborating with Anna and I'd be excited for the opportunity to partner with her again in the future.”
