Last year at Catchpoint, a tech company, 16 years strong, we embarked on a comprehensive revitalization strategy. In a crowded landscape, we differentiated Catchpoint’s mission by introducing the idea of the Internet Stack and the concept of Internet resilience.

My role involved drafting the initial concept, developing tone of voice guidelines, creating an inaugural report, refreshing the website, and writing/editing blogs, social, bylines, ad copy, and press releases.

I also ensured consistency (along with specificity) across channels.

Thank you, Anna, for making it happen! Together, we worked on the launch campaign for our new SaaS solution and developed a multi-channel strategy to bring the product to market. As lead copywriter, you took full ownership of content creation (from a comprehensive website refresh to solution briefs, blogs, video scripts, press bylines, etc.) and we smashed our targets for new logo acquisitions.
